We guarantee that your child will have a Great Birthday with us. If they don’t, we will provide your child with their next birthday here at NO COST*(conditions apply (.pdf 33kb)).

Obviously our number 1 aim is to make sure you and your child have a great time. To that end, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible if there is something you or your birthday child is unhappy about, so that we can do everything in our power to resolve any situation quickly.
