About Dizzy's Castle
Welcome to Dizzy's Castle one of Australia 's premier play centres, incorporating 1300m² of fun and fantasy. From the moment your family enters the castle, your kids will be enchanted by our medieval fantasy world. You can relax with a great coffee and healthy meal whilst your kids are entertained for hours.

Dizzy's Vision Statement:
Dizzy's creators are both in the health profession. One being a Dietitian the other a Physiotherapist. There vision was therefore to create a children's indoor play centre in which healthy bodies and active minds are encouraged in a world of fun and fantasy.
A place where child and adult can grow together and learn from each other.
A world where imagination has no bounds.
Our Staff
At Dizzy's Castle,we pride ourselves in the quality and training of all our staff members. Our staff have varying backgrounds in areas of; hospitality, child care, teaching and drama. Most of all we look for staff that enjoy working with kids. Putting this all together, we believe we have created a team that will make your visit at Dizzy's Castle a very special event.
Of course we are constantly trying to improve our services and are interested in any feedback you can give. Feel free to fill out our feedback sheet with any remarks so that we can be the best we can be.
Safety
We pride ourselves in the safety of our equipment. Our equipment is designed to international standards of strength and fire retardancy.
Other safety features include:
- Non absorbent, washable and fire retardant foam protection over all framework.
- Safety Trampolines which are fully netted and have no springs to fall through or impact. Our trampolines are the safest on the Market.
- 1.8m high front gate which can only operated by our staff, to help protect against wandering children.
- Roaming staff members monitoring play.
- Totally fenced off toddler area with childproof gate adjacent to the café, so you can relax whilst your toddler is at play.
- Closed circuit cameras.
- Anti climb netting.
- Slides are plastic not fibreglass to prevent fibreglass splinters.
- Our Speed slide, unlike other “Drop slides”, is not free fall and therefore does not require safety helmets, special instruction and constant supervision. It is simply fun and fast!
- Strong emphasis on cleanliness throughout the centre to protect the health of your little ones.
